CINCINNATI (AP) - An appeals court has overturned hate-crime convictions of 16 Amish found guilty in beard- and hair-cutting attacks on fellow members of their faith in Ohio. Heroin Allegedly Found During Traffic Stop in New Martinsville

More than 20 stamps of heroin are off the streets after the quick action of one local police officer.It happened Friday night in New Martinsville when Sergeant Don Larsen pulled over a car driven by Dustin Moore on Second Street.
