BEREA, Ohio (AP) - A person familiar with the decision tells The Associated Press on condition of anonymity that Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon has hired attorney Maurice Suh to represent him at his appeal hearing with the NFL. Suh helped Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman win an appeal for a suspension in 2012. He will be with Gordon in New York on Friday.

BALTIMORE (AP) - Baltimore County authorities say they will charge a man with disorderly conduct in a cemetery for allegedly urinating on the gravesite of former Baltimore Ravens owner Art Modell. The man has only been identified as a Cleveland Browns fan. He could face up to two years in jail and a $500 fine. He posted a video of the incident to YouTube this month.

NEWPORT, R.I. (AP) - Cincinnati has been picked to win the American Athletic Conference, with defending champion Central Florida second. The Bearcats went 9-4 last season under coach Tommy Tuberville and returns 16 starters. They received 17 of 30 first-place votes from the media panel and 311 points.
