PAINESVILLE, Ohio (AP) - Authorities say they captured an Ohio murder suspect when officers raided the man's birthday party in Detroit this week. They say Walter Delon Tate fatally shot a 32-year-old man in Painesville, east of Cleveland, on July 4. Investigators believed he fled to the Detroit area, where he has extensive family ties.
