Wheeling Man Arrested for Allegedly Leaving Daughter in Car While He Was Passed Out on Couch


A Wheeling man is behind bars after he left his daughter in the car. Wheeling Police arrested Cory Rockhold after they found his 18 month old daughter in his car on South Wabash Street on Wheeling Island Thursday night.
