Roaring '20's Come to Moundsville's Strand Theatre

The Strand Theatre will take audiences back to the "Roaring 20's" -- as it presents "Chicago, the Musical."Players went through the final dress rehearsal in Moundsville, Wednesday evening, July 30. This presentation was a special one for sponsors helping to bring the production to the Strand. Major funding for the musical came from Moundsville Pharmacy and Bordas and Bordas Law Offices.

(AP) - A man who donated to a South Dakota museum a slightly damaged acoustic guitar played by Elvis Presley that is at the center of a custody battle insisted Thursday he had the right to give it away because he owned it. A federal judge has been asked to determine whether blues guitarist Robert A. Johnson rightfully owned the broken instrument.
