    A 911 call reporting a drug overdose at a Moundsville motel ended with a couple being arrested on child neglect and drug charges.On Saturday night, Moundsville police responded to a motel on Lafayette Avenue after dispatch reported a 911 call for a drug overdose. Upon arrival, police say they found 35-year-old Travis Shafer, of Amma, West Virginia, who had apparently overdosed on oxycodone.
