    The Jewett Police Department responded to the call on Tuesday around 4:30 p.m. after the victim managed to free himself from the duct tape he had been bound with and crawled to a neighbor's house.
    Two women have been arrested as suspects in the beating of 71-year-old man during a home invasion in Jewett on Tuesday. A third suspect remains on the run.
