According to an official report, Brian Goff and Joni Davis were last seen leaving Pizza Hut in St. Clairsville on Sunday evening around 7 p.m.

The two were last seen driving a 1990 Oldsmobile Eight-Eight four door, with Ohio license plate number EYA7482.

Joni is a 55-year-old female, who is described as being 5'2", 138 lbs., with brown hair and eyes.

7News spoke with Joni's sister, who says she's concerned because Joni suffers from seizures and required 24/7 assistance. According to her sister, Joni's seizure medication was found in the home left behind.

Her sister says that officials are unable to ping their phones because the phones have been without power for more than 24-hours.
