The man accused of killing a Moundsville couple and burying them in their basement appears in court. Attorneys for Harold Mauss went before Judge Mark Karl asking him to throw out tapes of long interviews with their client on the basis that the audio is poor. The proseuction sent the tapes to a company in Saint Clairsville to enhance the quality. Judge Karl rules that's good enough. Mauss is charged in the deaths of Wlliam and Ssan Coester. His next court appearance is May 8th.
