Belmont County Man Charged with Possessing Child Porn

A Belmont County man is facing twelve charges of possessing child pornography.

William Schlagg pleaded not guilty to those charges. The pictures...which police say he did not take himself...were found on his computer. A condition of his bond is that he not own a home computer or use anyone else's to get on the internet.
