Jim Williams says Karley Sue is doing fine.

WOODSFIELD, OHIO --  A little girl from Woodsfield who just underwent a heart transplant is recovering tonight.

Karley Sue Williams dad Jim tells 7 News that doctors at Pittsburgh Children's Hospital said she was a perfect match and she is doing wonderful.

Karley has a rare genetic disorder called C-P-T two and is the first child with this disorder to receive a heart transplant.

Jim says a new treatment called C-7 has made Karley strong enough.
