Day Four Of O'Dell Morgan Trial In Ohio County

Morgan is on trial in the kidnapping and sexual assault of two women.

WHEELING -- Today the trial for the fourth of four men accused of the 2007 kidnapping and sexual assualt of two local women hits day four.

O'Dell Morgan is on trial for the incident that allegedly happened at the Dallas Pike Comfort Inn two Septembers ago. Survelliance video shows two men taking a women up a stairway at the hotel.

It also shows one victim trying to leave a room when the men pulled her back in. west virginia state police .

Sgt Scott Adams investigated the case and testified in court yesterday.

The other three men in this case are Johnny Ray Boykin and James Harris.

Both have already been found guilty in connection with this case.

The other man, Donde Williams plead guilty Monday morning to charges against him.
