Both teacher and students get put to the test on this weekend's Decision Makers.

On this weekend's Decision Makers, host Bray Cary talks with Judy Hale of the West Virginia Chapter of the American Federation of Teachers about a controversial plan to drug test teachers in Kanawha County. He also sits down with Jackson County schools superintendent Blaine Hess about their method of drug testing certain high school students. Bray also brings in economist and WVU professor Russ Sobel to discuss what the economy could be like in 2009.

I support the drug test policy. My question is, will it stand up in court. In this state, not all drug testing policies will.
