Albert Chambers is facing 39 misdemeanor counts--37 of them--animal cruelty.

Albert Chambers of Moundsville, will face 37 counts of animal cruelty after authorities confiscate his animals from a property in Glen Easton. 37 animals were taken into custody last week when officials discovered what they're calling one of the worst cases of animal cruelty they've ever seen. Chambers is charged with 39 misdemeanor counts--37 of them animal cruelty. Chambers is currently in the Northern Regional Jail.
