Robert Maine Indicted for First-Degree Murder in Wetzel County

Grand Jury indicts Robert Maine for allegedly shooting his cousin.

WETZEL COUNTY, W.Va. -- Robert Maine, 30, accused of shooting and killing his cousin, was indicted on first-degree murder charges by a grand jury.

Authorities say Maine is facing those charges after allegedly killing his own cousin over what family members describe as a "silly fight."

The crime took place in a house in New Martinsville, W.Va. back in March.

Maine was found hiding in Wheeling the day of the murder.
