Wheeling -- According to the Wheeling Police Department, Patricia Ingalls of Martins Ferry was arrested for hitting another vehicle while driving under the influence.

Authorities said she was working the Ogden 20K Race as a clown.

The accident happened Friday night in a bank parking lot in downtown Wheeling near the Ogden Race area.

Police said Ingalls is being charged with D.U.I, property damage, leaving the scene of an accident, no proof of insurance, and failing to maintain control of a vehicle.
