The Martins Ferry home that was allegedly broken into belonged to the surrogate mother who is having children for actress Sarah Jessica Parker
Sources confirm that Police Chief Barry Carpenter of Martins Ferry and Bridgeport Chief Chad DoJack are under investigation by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation. Harrison County Prosecutor Shawn Hervey of Harrison County has been appointed to head the investigation locally.
