WASHINGTON -- A watchdog group in Washington has named West Virginia Congressman Alan Mollohan as one of the 15 most corrupt lawmakers in the country.

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics released the fifth annual report this month, naming Mollohan, along with Pennsylvania Representative John Murtha.

The group claims Mollohan is under investigation by the US Department of Justice for misappropriation of funds.

This is Mollohan's fourth year on the group's corrupt list.
