October is Disabilities Awareness Month.

WHEELING -- West Virginia Northern Community College, Wheeling Campus will celebrate Disabilities Awareness Month this October with the appearance of a deaf comedian.
The event will be held at the B & O Building Auditorium with the performance of DEAFology 101, deaf culture as seen through the eyes of deaf comedian Ken Glickman.
It will be performed in sign language with a voice interpreter for hearing individuals.
Doors will open at 6pm with the performance beginning at 7.
The public is invited to attend this free performance.
However, donations will be accepted to benefit students of the WVNCC Interpreter Training Program.
