The accident happened Monday night in Moundsville.

MOUNDSVILLE -- A Moundsville woman is facing charges after allegedly driving while intoxicated and crashing into several vehicles.

Police said that a Ford Explorer driven by 20-year-old Heather Rush almost struck a deputy, hit another vehilce head-on, and struck two parked cars on Poplar Avenue last night.
