STEUBENVILLE, Ohio -- The second trial for the man charged in the shooting deaths of two Franciscan University of Steubenville might begin Monday in Washington County.

Terrell Yarbrough is charged with the first-degree murder in the killings of Brian Muha and Aaron Land in 1999.

The two bodies were found off of U.S. Route 22 in Pennsylvania.

The Ohio Supreme Court ended up throwing out Yarbrough's first conviction, ruling that the case should have been tried in Pennsylvania where the victims were killed.

The trial was delayed again last week as two jurors were still needed.
