HINTON -- The 2-6 Summers County Bobcats have a tough match up Friday, Oct. 30 against the undefeated Richwood Lumberjacks.
This will mark the second week in a row the Bobcats will face one of the top teams in the state.
Last week, Summers County lost to No.8 Westside Renegades.
The Bobcats may have only won two games left, but they kept it close against the 8-1 Westside Renegades.
Summers County only trailed 14-6 at halftime, but was then eventually blown out 36-12.
Summers County have put that game behind them and head coach Leon Franklin has got his team working hard to prepare for the fast and explosive Lumberjack offense.
“They’ve got a great back field and probably the best offensive lines in the area,” Franklin said.
Kickoff starts at 7:30 p.m. at Westside High School.
