School closed Monday and Tuesday.

SHADYSIDE, Ohio -- The public preschool in Shadyside was closed Monday and will be closed Tuesday due to illness.

According to school officials, about 20 percent of the students are sick. Also, the teacher has come down with symptoms of swine flu.

Officials said janitors will work to clean and disinfect the building.

my son is a 1st grader at shadyside and out of a class of 19 only 11 were there today plus 2 kids and the teacher left ill....his class then got sent to another classroom that had 13 kids absent....i think all the schools need to be closed for a few days and the buildings cleaned
