Tanger Outlets in Washington, Pa., were open for midnight madness.

WHEELING -- While many people will be getting up before the roosters on Friday to snag those Black Friday bargains, Tanger Outlets in Washington, Pa. is opened its doors to shoppers at midnight.

The Ohio Valley Mall will open at 6 a.m., according to their Web site. The first 400 shoppers, 12 and older through the main entrance doors, will receive a free shopping bag filled with giveaways and merchant coupons. One lucky shopper will win a store gift certificate.

Toys R Us opened at midnight Thursday.

Wal-mart offered special deals online Thursday, and will have even more specials at their locations from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday. Best Buy will open at 5 a.m. along with Target.
