MOUNDSVILLE -- A Moundsville man is in jail, facing a number of charges, after police said he was selling prescription drugs in Marshall County.

Matt Mcilvain, 30, is facing three charges of delivery of a controlled substance after Moundsville police served a warrant on him while he was at the police department.

Mcilvain was at the station picking up his personal belongings from another arrest, when police arrested him again, according to Detective Shawn Allman.

Mcilvain was placed in the Northern Regional Jail on $2,500 bond.
