DILLONVALE, Ohio -- A Dillonvale, Ohio man told Steubenville Police he was severely beaten Tuesday afternoon in the downtown area.
Police officer Sean Scott said that the victim was bleeding from his head and eyes when he walked into police headquarters.
Nearly every on duty police officer began looking for the suspects after the victim got a good look at them. Police quickly arrested Trey Shuttlesworth, 18, of Steubenville, when they allegedly found him near the car that the victim was driving.
Shuttlesworth and a 16 year-old have been charged with the carjacking. Shuttlesworth is lodged in the Jefferson County Jail on $50,000 bond.
