Police charged the man with driving under the influence.

LANSING, OH -- Three people were taken to the hospital after a car crash that happened Sunday afternoon.
The accident took place on National Road between Bridgeport and Blaine.
According to Trooper Patrick Pfouts of the Ohio Highway Patrol, John Wasemann rear ended a mini van and then went left of center, hitting another car head on in the other lane.
Jerry Tennant, who was in the other car, was taken to the hopsital and then charged for driving under the influence, Pfouts said.
The others involved in the crash mainly suffered from neck injuries.
