BETHESDA, OH -- Authorities are searching for a 13-year-old who escaped from a juvenile facility in Bethesda sometime overnight.
Ryan Parsley was serving time at New Horizons for two arson convictions in Columbus.
Parsley is described as a white male, five feet eight inches tall, weighing 170 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing checkered shorts, a light-color polo shirt and white and blue high-top tennis shoes.
Parsley was reportedly originally incarcerated in Columbus, but he escaped from there in March and was on the run for several weeks.
He was reportedly then sent to New Horizons last Monday to finish his sentence, but less than a week later, he was gone.
Anyone spotting the boy is urged to call the Belmont County Sheriff's Department at (740) 695-7933.
