Hookstown, Pennsylvania -- A Pennsylvanina coroner says she's not prepared yet to say how a 4 year-old boy found stuffed in a septic tank died.

An autopsy was performed Sunday on Wyatt Smitsky, but Beaver County coroner Teri Tatalovich-Rossi says more tests are needed.

The child's body was found around 12:45 p.m. Saturday after searchers drained a septic tank on property near his home in Hookstown, Pennsylvania.

State police are calling it a homicide investigation, but say they're waiting for autopsy results before charging anyone.

Another senseless death of a toddler. Foul play or was the child unattended and wondered off? This is happening in the world way to much lately. What the hell is wrong with parents today? If you are so lazy, you don't want to 'deal with' having kids, get fixed, use birth control, etc. There are way too many options out there available for these so-called 'parents'. It disgusts me.
