By Nate Fluharty

Tyler County, WV  -- It was a scene straight from the movies. A crazed driver allegedly runs a fellow motorist off the road then pulls over to according to police reports stabs him.

This is allegedly the same situation that happened Wednesday on Route 18 in Tyler County.

Authorities say 19 year-old Sebastian Rosenlieb allegedly forced a 17 year-old driver to the side of the road and stabbed him multiple times in his arms and body.

Officers from the Tyler County Sheriff's Department also said Rosenliebtried to discard the weapon in a nearby creek.

Witnesses stopped Rosenlieb from leaving the scene until officers arrived.

Rosenlieb was taken into custody and charged with malicious wounding.

His bond was set at 100 thousand dollars.

All you people that stick up for the victim don't know him like i did. he's conceited and he has always lied. Sabastian did not start this. It was the so called victim. The newspaper and tv channels need to get their story straight. Innocent until proven guilty and I beleive Sabastian's story because it has been kept straight. He did not have the knife and it was not multiple times. wow. people shouldn't believe everything they believe. If you weren't there, no need to even state a story!

Neutral party-The girl does not play both sides. Do you know the girl? I do cause thats my daughter. Don`t you think she is going through enough right now and then have to read what is said about her on here and in school .No matter what happened it is no reason to stab anyone

Melissa, what planet are you living on? Anyone who knows the victim knows it to be the complete opposite. I have known him since he was little. It's people like you (not knowing the whole story) who come up with these crazy statements and it all gets blown out of proportion.

First I just want to say I grew up with the 17 year old victim from the time I was born and too now and my thoughts and prayers are with the victim and the family through this tough time. Next I want to address Melissa, this incident has nothing to do with bulling as you should know yourself. The victim was a well rounded, polite, caring person. And the victim liked to bully other kids with low self confidence? If you were even a little bit close to the victim you would know it was the victim with the low self confidence not Sebastian Rosenlieb. Also I was just wondering if I went and forced someone off the road would I be charged with nothing. I think the police have looked over something very serious. And for Suzie after reading the article you commented on did it once say the victim committed any crime? No. The reason the finger is pointing at one person is because this wasn’t a fight between a 19 and 17 year old kid or a retaliation of bullying. This was a horrible and unethical CRIME. And both have to pay the price? Rosenlieb will serve his time but the victim will be emotionally scarred and assuming to the report “stabbed him multiple times in his arms and body” the victim will be physically disabled for the rest of his life. I think the victim will have to pay a lot more than Sebastian will. I hope you wrote your comment before thinking about both sides of the crime. Also I fear for the citizens of Tyler County because this has not been the first time Sebastian has done something to someone. He has threatened students of the school he attended, tried to pick fights without any explanation, plus keying multiple student’s cars. If anyone involving this incident should be labeled as a bully it would be most defiantly be Sebastian. I fear if Sebastian doesn’t get the help he needs or put away that this will not be the last time we here of his name in the same sentence with crime. Also please keep the victim in your thoughts and prayers it is very much needed. Thank You

Suzie, What are you talking about? The price was paid and the punishment was served on both sides. One lies in hospital with injuries to both his body and his mind after that assault and the other in jail waiting for his future to be determined. There could be a worse punishment then that then by all means please share with the rest of us.

It takes two people for any fight. This seems like the finger is being pointed at only one. I don't think anyone knows exactly what and why this happened. Everyone seems to think both have their faults. In the end, both should have to pay a price.

Anybody who thinks that this 17 yr old is a bully or a jerk needs some help. I think Rosenlieb needs to be charged with more than just malicious wounding, it's seems like he had this planned out. He needs to be locked up. Having people out there causing crimes like this is very uncalled for!!!

This was over a girl, not bullying. Rosenlieb obviously isn't sane. Lock him up. Sleep.

Since when do 17 year olds "bully" 19 year olds Melissa? If this is a bullying situation, you and all your friends had, see had, a responsibility to tell someone...Did you? What if your friend would have had a gun and shot the alleged 17 yr old bully? EVERYONE, has to take responsibilty. Or wait didnt your school let you guys watch the Presidents speech? It was about being responsible, but too many ignorant people's voices became too loud and the sensible people were silenced. TAKE reponsibility for what you DO and DONT do! This young man should be punished, and not let out to hurt others until her takes RESPONSIBILITY for doing WRONG!

If everyone went around stabbing people who provoke things, I'm sure everyone would eventually get stabbed. This is not appropriate behavior regardless of any situation.

Well, he must not have been too "straight" or he wouldn't have stabbed another human being...doesn't sound like a very stable person to me. And even if the other kid was a jerk and did provoke (there's two sides to every story) you don't go around stabbing people. I've put up with a lot of "jerks" in my life and never once have I even thought about stabbing them, let alone running them off the road and pulling them out of their car.

Rosenlieb is a rich kid who thinks he can get away with anything he wants the bottom line is hes a punk. And as far as the victim goes I know him and hes not a jerk most of the time nor does he pick on kids with no self confidence. Dont you kinda of find it ironic that Rosenlieb was traveling on the same road at the same time as the victim, so you need to think who actually told rosenlieb were the victims was and when he left. Now who do you really think provoked it?

Yes, this Is undoubtly a very tragic mistake. First off. Sabastian Is not a crazed driver, he Is a very caring friend, and I believe this story to be a little over dramitic. This situation was provoked by some source-- this Is not something I would ever imagine from Sabastian. This incident happened two days ago, and this story is ridicious. This is by no means the story that I receieved from many sources. We are close friends, and please WTRF, If your going to report on a story two days later, get all the facts first.

This is a tragic mistake. Rosenlieb is a good kid who was a straight a student and who has never been in trouble. I've known him since he was a little kid and he is a good kid. The victim is a kid who likes to pick on kids who have no self confidence. He can be a little jerk most of the time. Although i wish no one harm. I think he had to provoke this or it wouldn't have happened.
