Body Sent to Medical Examiner's Office in Charleston

BRIDGEPORT, WV -- The death of a former Wetzel County resident, Adam Hommer, has been confirmed by the Harrison County, WV, Sheriff's Department. Circumstances remain something of a mystery.
According to Sgt. W. Sothen, Hommer is believed to have been living in or near Bridgeport, WV, and was involved in an auto accident. But Sothen added, "We are not sure what caused this death." Sothen indicated the death was either reported, or may have taken place, after the accident itself.
He did say that Hommer was around 19-years-old, and was from Wetzel County. An autopsy will be performed to determine cause of death. |
