As the Ohio Valley waits to hear when the body of a fallen solider will return to the Ohio Valley for burial, a fund has been set up for Julian Berisford, 25, of Marshall County.

Donations for his daughter Mya Berisford can be made through the Marshall County Federal Credit Union with Mya's name written in the for line.

Checks can be sent to:

Marshall County Federal Credit Union 901 Third St. Moundsville, WV 26041

Berisford was killed in Afghanistan last week. The John Marshall graduate's body is expected to return home late this week.

All proceeds from the Marshall County flag football league's two Thursday, Nov. 12 night games will also go to the fund. The games are at 7 p.m. and roughly 8 p.m. at the John Marshall High School Field.
