ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio -- A long haul truck driver has been arrested for having sex with a thirteen year old Belmont County girl.

Kevin Farr, 42, of North Manchester, Ind., was arrested at 1 a.m. Dec. 3 after he was indicted by the Belmont County grand jury the previous day on charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and importuning.

Authorities said he allegedly met the girl online and then came to Belmont County to meet her.

The girl reportedly slipped out of her home in the middle of the night Nov. 7 and met him.

He reportedly took her to a hotel in Belmont County where he allegedly had sex with her and later dropped her off in Zanesville on his way out of the area.
