BARNESVILLE, Ohio -
The Magnolia Blue Eagles handed the Barnesville Shamrocks a second straight loss--this one--a 17-13 setback a Shamrock Stadium.
Zach Dornon threw a touchdown pass to Tyler Fitzpatrick, giving the Rocks a 13-10 lead.
But Magnolia's Tanner Hanna connected with Stephen Rogalski for a 35-yard touchdown, giving the Blue Eagles the lead for good.
Barnesville wasted a chance to re-take the lead when Dornon fumbled the ball, which was recovered by Nick Blatt, ending a Barnesville drive deep in Blue Eagles territory.
The Shamrocks, now 7-2, find themselves in must-win mode next Friday when they visit Shadyside (6-3) at Fleming Field.
Magnolia has evened its record at 4-4. They host Oak Glen next Friday night.
