Ashley joined the 7 News Team in February of 2011 as a producer after graduating from West Liberty University in December of 2010.

While at West Liberty, Ashley served as a producer, director, and reporter for Newsline 14, a student produced newscast. She also served as Online Editor for the university's student-run newspaper, The Trumpet. As Online Editor, Ashley built the first-ever school news website that is still in existence today.

A Wheeling native, Ashley also works part-time for the Ohio County WVU Extension Office, serving as Webmaster for two years now.

This is the sixth year that Ashley has served as a Young Life leader in the Ohio Valley and she says she couldn't imagine what life would be like without her Wheeling Park girls.

When she's not working, she likes to spend time with her family, friends, and puppies, peke-a-paps Maddie and Oscar. She also likes to travel, listen to music, watch Netflix, and shop. Ashley loves anything pop culture and random facts, so it's pretty safe to say she has played many rounds of Trivial Pursuit and won.

Growing up in the theater, Ashley has always been an animated person. She loves to laugh, and make people laugh. She also loves to meet new people! So if you see her out and about, please stop her and say hello!
