STEUBENVILLE, Ohio -

Friday, the man charged in connection with a throat slashing that left another man dead, appeared in a Steubenville court room.

34-year-old Teddy Clark is accused in the murder of 53-year-old James Daniels Junior.

It all stems from an incident back on the January 19th.

During Friday's preliminary hearing, details about that night were revealed.

Police say the two men met in a Steubenville bar and Clark apparently asked Daniels for a ride.

Clark's wife told detectives in court that Daniels allegedly made some sort of advance. Clark lost his cool and slashed Daniels' throat.

Daniels drove himself to the Steubenville Police Department, where he collapsed. He later died in a Pittsburgh Hospital.

The judge found that there was probable cause and the case will be bound over to a jury.

Clark is currently in the Jefferson County Justice Center on $500,000 bond.
