ONLY ON 7: City Receives Bids for New Sports Complex

The bids are in when it comes to the future site of the East Wheeling Sports Complex.

Officials from a number of construction companies met with Wheeling City Manager Bob Herron at the City-County building Monday. They all submitted their bid to demolish the dilapidated structures near the existing Elks playground. A few local companies including Edge Co. And Savage were among the bidders.
