Steubenville Police have another shooting on their hands but this, time they have a suspect in custody.

Police say 18-year-old Trenton Blue has been charged with aggravated robbery and felonious assault after he allegedly shot 19-year-old Joshua Katz of Toronto.  According to the Police Chief Bill McCafferty, Katz and another man came to Steubenville to buy marijuana.

"The two subjects came to this city," said McCafferty, "looking to buy drugs."

Reports say Katz and his companion met Blue here at the Hawk Gas Station.

The reports says the two drove Blue to the Heritage Square Apartments, and the chief says that is where the shooting occurred.
"As I always advise, don't get involved in these situations," said McCafferty.  "Most of our shootings are people doing something illegal to begin with."

As Trenton Blue was being lead to the Jefferson County Jail, he told 7News that the whole thing was an accident, and after the interview he broke down in front of the camera.

According to police reports, the bullet struck Katz near the right eye.  He was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital.

As for Blue, he was taken to the Jefferson County Jail his bond sent at $100,000.
