MOUNDSVILLE -

U.S. Representative David McKinley(R- Ohio) is in the Northern Panhandle touring multiple facilities Monday.

McKinley started his visit at Technocap Industrial site and then headed to Reynolds Memorial Hospital to observe the facility's development and plans for future growth.

McKinley will also  tour  the UPS facility in Benwood this afternoon to speak with local management about day to day operations.

Officials said one last stop he will make is to the Kittle's Marcellus Shale Pad to get an understanding of how farmers have been affected by Shale drilling.
