It's clear that our state Legislature and Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin our making progress in terms of dealing with our state's long-term debt and regressive tax structure, but there is much work to be done.

Whether we want to admit it or not, our legal system is viewed as corrupt and driven by politics.

If we are going to truly move this state forward, we need a judicial system that ensures fairness.

To attract long-term and sustained investment, justice must be paramount.
