Jessica Rine came to WTRF-TV as a Master Control Operator in February of 2007. In a few months she took the position of Sales Assistant. In 2008, Rine was promoted to Promotions Manager.
Rine manages the promotion and marketing of WTRF-TV business, programming, and news. Rine organizes sponsorship of over 50 non-profit events in the Ohio Valley and promotes the impressive lineup of syndicated and prime television shows across WTRF CBS, WTRF Fox Ohio Valley and WTRF ABC Ohio Valley.
Before graduating in 2004 from West Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, Rine was a sports intern at WTAJ in Altoona Pa. She was also a production intern with the Pittsburgh Pirates AA Affiliate, the Altoona Curve, where she later became employed as a videographer.
Rine is a Wheeling native and attended Wheeling Park High School. She enjoys her position at WTRF-TV and the ability to help the community non-profit organizations raise money and awareness.
Rine currently resides in Moundsville with her husband, Shawn, and their two daughters, Isabella and Miley.
