Former CEO is Taking His Case to Ohio County Circuit Court - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

7 News has learned that the former CEO of Ohio Valley Medial Center and East Ohio Regional Hospital will have his case heard  in  Ohio County Circuit Court  in February.

Court officials confirm the case will be before Judge Martin Gaughan on February 11 of next year.

You may recall Brian Felici is suing the hospitals parent company, Ohio Valley Services and  Education Corporation for alleged breach of contract.

OVHS AND E is counter suing Felici claiming breach of contract and allegations of fraud.

Felici was the hospitals CEO for  eight years until 2010.
