FIRST ON WTRF.com: Crews Investigating Structure Fire in South W - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

According to the Wheeling Police Department, a fire destroyed a home on 41st and Jacob Streets in South Wheeling on Wednesday morning.

A couple was in the home during the four alarm fire, but they were able to escape.

The four alarm fire sent fire fighters scrambling to try and put out the flames.  When WTRF.com arrived on scene, crews were on the roof of the home trying to put out the flames.  

The fire started in a back bedroom and there is no word on what caused it.
