Posted: Updated:

The Tyler County Emergency Management Agency is advising residents that there is a cooling shelter available for those in need.

The shelter is open around the clock at the Sistersville Volunteer Fire Department.

Bottled water is also available at the Witschey's parking lot in Middlebourne.

A dumpster is located in Middlebourne to dispose of any refrigerated or frozen foods that have spoiled due to power being off.
