
Already hard hit areas of the Ohio Valley are seeing more problems as a line of powerful storms rolled through Wednesday night knocking out power to more people already hit hard from the storms on June 29.
AEP is reporting almost 14,000 customers locally who are still in the dark, an increase from the original progress made on the outages.
Mon Power said just about 5,500 customers are still without power locally.
South Central power says just shy of 900 people are waiting to be restored.
WTRF.com is speaking with AEP on Wednesday afternoon about restoration efforts after the latest line of storms.
