The 12th annual Grecian Food Festival got underway Thursday in Center Wheeling.
The multi-day festival is a great way to celebrate the classic Greek heritage and of course the cuisine.
There are gyros, calamari, special french fries and much more.
Event organizers say if you have an appetite, there's something hear for you!
Event organizer George Cosmides told WTRF.com, "we really do have some excellent and classic dishes here. We try every year to be as authentic as possible. There's so much to do and eat here."
The Grecian Food Festival will be going on before they wrap things up later this weekend.
George also said that if you don't have time to hang around, you can also get a "to go" order in no time.
