Luau Manor Balcony Fire Under Investigation - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

Investigations continue into a Sunday night fire at Luau Manor in Wheeling.

Wheeling fire crews were called to the apartment complex around 10:00 p.m. Sunday.

According to Wheeling Fire Chief Larry Helms, they believe the fire was caused by improperly discarded smoking materials.  Originally, police thought the fire started because of a grill.

Damage was contained to the balcony and some clothing on the balcony, and no injuries were reported.
