WHEELING, W.Va -
A 19-year-old girl with mental disabilities has been reported missing from her home in Wheeling.
Her name is Brittany Russel. She has shoulder length reddish brown hair, is 5-feet, 4-inches tall and weighs 105 lbs.
Brittany was last seen wearing a yellow tank-top and jeans.
Authorities say she was last seen in the Elm Grove area, and could be with an older man in a red and black truck.
Wednesday morning friends and family are organizing a search party
They will be meeting at the Captain David VanCamp Ball field, formerly Patterson Ball field.
They are meeting at 8:30 AM and are asking anyone willing to help to come out. Especially anyone with search dogs that could assist.
