Ohio 'Racino' Revenue Tops $11M in Opening Month

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -

During the opening month the first slots-like gambling at one of Ohio's horse tracks has collected over $11 million.

$3.7 million is the states share of the revenue from the video lottery at Scioto Downs in Columbus. This is over the what was estimated the revenue would be.

The Funds will go to help the Ohio K - 12 education programs.
