Weirton Police Make Arrest in Connection with Drug Charges - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

Weirton Police have a man in custody wanted in connection with drug charges.

According to police, they arrested 23-year-old Jerek Quinn-Maurice Wesley of Mingo Junction Wednesday morning after Steubenville Police issued a felonious assault warrant.

Police searched the residence at 3732 Orchard Street and found approximately 35-grams of marijuana and a 9-millimeter handgun.

Wesley is wanted for possession with the intent to deliver and for being a felon in possession of a firearm and additional charges are forthcoming.
